Shipping Policy

As standard, every order is sent using The Royal Mail First Class Tracked and Signed For.

For large orders a quote from Parcel2go will be obtained and sent to you for approval along with an invoice.

Once a payment has been made the items will be sent within 14 days unless otherwise stated.

If there is an issue with your order we would be happy to help! Please get in touch as soon as possible via the email below.

If you have a problem regarding the quality of your cut then please get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds or Re-cuts are at our discretion. Discs will be assessed based on Surface noise, Distortion and skipping.
